Apple Music problem

Hi I accidentally changed the country/ region on this app I downloaded, and it changed to US I think, since it’s changed I can’t play Apple Music, when I press play it just stops straight away, I’m on a trial and I don’t want to cancel my subscription, is there anything I can do?

If I understand your question, you subscribed to Apple Music and then changed the country/region for the iTunes & App Store, is that right?
