My iPhone 7 continuously turns off and on by itself

I have an iPhone 7. It continuously turns off by itself and then turns off, but only stays on for less than 2 minutes, and also only charges for up to 3% even when its been on the charger the whole night, help!?!

My iPhone stopes charging when its turned on When my iPhone turns off because of no battery I plug in a charger and it starts charging but when it hits 1 or 2 percent it turns on but stops charging and I have to take the charger out and put it in again to start charging. iPhone turns off by itself I am using IPhone 6 I don’t what is happening but it is suddenly just going off by itself. When it goes off, I can’t turn it on by power button I have to connect it to the charger that’s when it will turn on but the battery percentage won’t charge. If it went off at 70% even after turning it off the percentage will still be 70% please help me. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

It's time to visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Provider. Let them assess the iPhone and advise you how to proceed.
