apple watch display/screen issues

Hi guys wanted to ask I just purchase my Apple Watch s5 yesterday in Apple store and upon close inspection last night I found out that there is like some dots under my screen.

Here is a link I found on reddit similar to mine https://www.reddit.com/r/AppleWatch/comments/9idn7v/uneven_series_4_display_what_are_your_thoughts/?utm_source=amp&utm_medium&utm_content=comments_view_all

But this one in the link is more noticeable than mine. When touched the screen is still flat and only noticeable under lighting when you tilt it. Wanted to ask is this something normal on Apple Watch screens?

Yes that’s what I’m talking about. Took it to the service center and both the Apple store they told me they can’t really see it. And they say it might be manufacturing defect or maybe cosmetic damage. But during unboxing in Apple store everything looks perfect unless you inspect it very carefully under the light and tilt it with different angles. To be honest it looks totally nothing if you see it normally and perfect unless with very careful inspection. Cause the screen is flat too and no bumps when touch it. Am I too OCD on this ?
