Reflection problem and dull spots macbook pro 13 "screen 2015

Dear mates,

I have a problem since more than 3 years. I have reflection problem and dull spots on my macbook pro 13" screen (2015).

In these years the spots are getting bigger and bigger and now it is really evident that there is a problem and I cannot see properly any more the screen.

I was proud of my Mac which was working very well (I have i7, 16Gb,... super nice). But after only 5 years I cannot understand why I need already to change it due to the screen (if I do I will not take a Mac anymore).

Someone has same problems?

I have been having apple devices for years (iphone 5,5s,6s,7...Ipad,...), and this is the first one that is starting to give me problem (and also the most expensive one).

Please help me.

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.12

All you can do is take it in and see what they can do for you—

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Dear leroydouglas,

thank you for your answer. I was trying to contact the support for the Hardware, but when I add my serial number it told me that my product is not supported by the technical support. If I ask to do an exception it asks me:

  • if I recentrly had problem after connecting a devise
  • If I both recently the product

How can I proceed to receive support?
