incoming Email from RoadRunner stopped about noon yesterday

Spectrum/RoadRunner support has been unable to help me get Apple Mail to receive incoming Emails. It was working until just past noon yesterday, but nothing has come in since. RoadRunner webmail, I can see that messages have gotten there and they have also gotten to my iPhone.

iMac 27", macOS 10.15

Where/how to I find "Window > Connection Doctor"?

... be sure that the iMac was using Incoming Port 993 and Outgoing Port 587.

Those are the correct ports. You can verify them in Preferences... > Accounts > Server Settings, but you have to de-select "Automatically manage connection settings" to view them. Be sure to re-select them after confirming they are correct.

Oftentimes it's easier to delete the problematic email account(s), and add them again. Add or remove email accounts in Mail on Mac describes those actions—in reverse order though, and be sure to pay attention to the Note.

Please note that everything was working fine on Friday, and on Saturday morning. Then, shortly after noon on Saturday, mail stopped coming into my two RoadRunner accounts. I had not knowingly changed any settings on the iMac on Saturday before noon.

I had gone through all the things listed in the "If you can't receive emails in Mail on Mac", except for the "Choose Window > Connection Doctor", before I submitted my issue online. Where/how to I find "Window > Connection Doctor"?

The tech support person from my email account provider (RoadRunner/Spectrum) indicated that I should be sure that the iMac was using Incoming Port 993 and Outgoing Port 587. I have been unable to find the port assignments, so do not know if they are currently using those ports; if they are not using those ports, I obviously do not know where to go to change them.
