I used to be able to select Send a Copy in my Tool Bar in Pages and send a document via Mail. I have lost the Mail option. I can send it via Messages, Airdrop and Notes, but not Mail. How can I get that option back?

Is Apple Mail your default Mail client (it needs to be)? Is Mail selected in the System Preferences : Extensions : Share Menu listings?

Pages View menu : Customize Toolbar… drag and drop the Send a Copy tool onto your Pages toolbar where you want it. This functionality is also on the Share menu.
I have the Send a Copy tool on my Toolbar. When I select it, sending the document by Mail feature is no longer listed. It is also not available when I select Share and Send a Copy.
