the battery charge for 5 hours (from 01.30 to 06.40) with 3G turned off, wi-fi and the screen turned off, dropped from 99% to 90%. This is normal?

Check Settings > Battery and see what was using the battery.
Tap on where it says Battery Health.
Your battery looks fine, nothing to worry about.
