Is there a Mac OS X version of the iOS Health app?

For the new year, I've resolved to get healthier and have started exploring the ways my Apple products can help with that.

One of the best things about all my Apple products is how they all integrate together - phone, desktop, laptop, watch, & tv; all this interconnectivity help make it easier to stick with my goals. The Health app as well as a few other apps on my iPhone have proven very helpful, not just medically, but even financially - my company offers wellness rewards that add to my medical HSA. However, I can't seem to find any desktop version of the app. Does one exist and I'm just not finding it?
