Exercise Ring

I logged a 21 minute indoor walk today but my exercise ring is only showing I"m at 14. Any idea why or how to correct this? I've noticed my watch has been acting up in general lately but this is the first big oops I've seen.

activity on phone and watch differ I have been walking 2 miles for 2 months, my exercise ring on watch and phone differ by a lot, I had to walk 45 min today to get my 30 min ring to close. Why Why Why????? My watch is a 3 and my phone is a 10 it is very frustrating
