I accidentally deleted my os file while Doing factory reset. Is there any way that i can fix this myself without visiting apple center?

Reboot holding down Command-alt-P-R to summon a PRAM reset. Allow the Mac to restart at least four times (probably around a minute in total) while holding down those keys.
Then try again.

No, apple logo pops up then empty folder keeps on blinking.

What do you mean by your os file? Can you be more specific please?
While i was in recovery mode, i meant to format the data in my mac. There were two options for disk (Macintosh something) and i deleted both of them. Then i tried to reset then, it got stuck in just the apple logo and won’t turn on. Now whenever i try to go to recovery mode, it says to contact apple center
I cannot do either of the mentioned options. It asks me for wifi connection and password then right after i connect. Its displays this.
