Apple Music keeps removing my downloaded songs.

Apple Music keeps removing my downloaded songs on iTunes. I have been subscriber for more than 5 months and this problem has started two days ago. I have 7 GB free and I don't have Optimize Storage on. I can't fix the problem, once i re- download all the songs they still get removed sometimes randomly and sometimes all of them. This also keeps happening to my Mac iTunes where songs just don't download, they have this iCloud download sign but clicking them just does nothing.
