Failed Cellular Update?

I didn't manually update my phone, but it restarted and updated itself(?) and now I don't have any cellular service. When I go to Settings, the Cellular option says "Error" and when I click on it, it says that an update is required to use cellular data on this iPhone. I do not have a Mac so I don't know how to fix my phone.
