You can change your Apple ID and end up with a new one. Changing your Apple ID means setting up a new username. I would change my Apple ID password too. See this Apple read.

Also I don’t understand if I’m wording this right. I don’t want to change my Apple ID account I know and that’s what is connected to the iTunes etc ? So the problem is the iCloud account which is to get into the photos an certain apps right ? But It keeps asking me for the password and I was putting it in wrong so I’m locked out. But my main question is can I just delete that account iCloud and make an New one. Do I have to make a new Apple ID as well ? Thank you for your help

There is no way to delete, so to speak, an iCloud account without changing your Apple ID. If you change your Apple ID you will have not access to what is in the old iCloud the old account. So, it looks like the problem is that you can't sign in to iCloud.com using your Apple ID, i.e., you are locked out. We should try to figure out why you are locked out before doing anything else. What message do you receive when you are denied access? I will be gone for several hours starting about now.

Ok I hope I make sense. Ok when I go to setting to my info. It has

iCloud: janedoe@gmail.com

Store: Janedoe@iCloud.com

so I can’t get into any of it it pops up sign into your iCloud account password for your Apple ID and it’s asking for the gmail password. Which is what I am locked out of I did too many of the recover and I tried the security way but the email is the gmail and the only one on this phone is iCloud account. I don’t have access to the gmail account so I can’t recover the code and the security questions we do not know My mom doesn’t remember and I guess I need to see how to get access to that email account or can I get it sent to the iCloud account? Thank you I hope I made it make any sense. I am not good with technology. Thank you again
