Airpods 2 audio conflict using Logic Pro X

When I use my AirPods model 2 in combination with my new Macbook Pro 16" and Logic Pro X, I get the following errors. Every few seconds I get this error popup. Sometimes there is no sound. Sometimes a very delayed strange sound. Is this a know problem? I could find it online.

Error while trying to synchronize Audio and MIDI.

Sample Rate 14.707 recognized.

Check conflict between Logic Pro X and external device.

As described in the link I provided above, the problem you describe happens when the Bluetooth Mic/Headphones switch to a lower sample rate which is not supported by Logic Pro X. This is when the Mic is used somehow by a any applications. AirPods are just Bluetooth devices.

Ensure the AirPods Mic is not selected in Logic Pro X > Preferences > Audio > Devices.

Close all applications that can use the Mic including browsers.

Deactivate "Hey Siri".

Moderators: It looks like you moved this post in the AirPods discussion. I don't understand because it is more an issue with Bluetooth devices audio sample rates unsupported by professional applications. It better fits the Logic forum in my opinion.
