Both my battery and keyboard have always been a little wonky. I recently found out that I qualify for the keyboard replacement, and I one person told me that they would replace the battery too, but I haven't been able to confirm that online. Any help?

Yes. The batteries are glued into the top case, so Apple simplifies the repair as a simple replacement. The top case as a single part includes the keyboard, trackpad, power button, battery, etc. as a single repair part. Removing the batteries (especially using solvents to remove the adhesive) is done at a central facility where they refurbish the keyboards to send out as future service replacement parts.

If they decide to replace the entire keyboard, it will be a complete top case with a new battery. The terms say that repair may only be for some keys that are malfunctioning, so they may not necessarily do that.
If you opted to pay for a battery replacement service, that would be for a complete top case.
We are not Apple so cannot say. What happened to one person's computer may not happen you yours. You will need to clarify with Apple support.
Anything they find that is not working properly they should ask you if you want replaced.
