iPhone XS MAx flashing Apple icon

Hi there,

I have an iPhone XS Max that is flashing the Apple icon over a black screen intermittently (as if starting up, but then back to black screen. Approximately 3 seconds on each of the logo and then black screen).

It isn't being recognized when I plug it into my computer.

I can't reset using the lock button and down arrow.

Any ideas?

Try a "forced" restart of your XS Max, following these instructions:--> Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
