Apple icon stuck on my Iphone 12 screen! Make it go away!

Help! My iphone 12 Pro is stuck on the apple icon! I've tried everything i can think of, including a "hard restart" I believe they call it (left volume up, left volume down, hold power button) Nothing is working. The apple appears to disappear for a few seconds at time as if it is restarting, but once the apple icon appears nothing else happens. I have tried to connect it to my laptop and still nothing but the apple icon! Any ideas?? Please and thank you!

Based on what you have provided in your post, it appears that you may have tried everything to get this resolved, albeit without success. As such I suggest that you review the following support article to see if you may have missed anything ... and, if not, I would further suggest that this may be the point that you will need to contact Apple Support directly. To do so, simply select the "Get Support" link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's web page.
