Emergency Alert is missing

hi, after i upgrade my IOS, suddenly i could not find any emergency alerts in Notification setting anymore. What should I do if I want to turn it on? Thank you

No notification alert after updating IOS 15.4.1 I got my iPhone updated yesterday(4/8/2022) to IOS 15.4.1. After the update I am not getting notification alert for any of my apps like Instagram, whatsapp ,Facebook etc I get notification alert only from messages. I even reset my whole settings still nothing. Is anyone facing the same?? Is there a fix or it’s a bug in IOS 15.4.1????
