I shot this with the osmo action at 4k 60 FPS so I could slow it down in post production. I used optical flow but it still looking choppy. I slowed it down to 10%. (Excuse the sound, I am still working on sound effects). Any suggestions on how to make this smoother?
What is the project frame rate?
If it is 30fps, and you shot at 60fps, you can slow down to 50% using real frames (no need for optical flow at all). You are slowing 5 times as much, and that may be pushing it. (or ten times as much if the project is at 60fps...)
Do not use optical flow and make sure you slow it down to 30 or 15 fps otherwise it will be jerky

One can only change the frame rate of a project when it’s empty.
Options are:
a) Make a new project with the desired settings, then go to the old one, select all, copy; open the new one, paste. That is the safest.
b) select all, cut (so now the project is empty), open the Inspector, click modify, change the frame rate, paste.
I kept the project frame rate at 60fps. What should I change it to and how much should I slow it down?
