Picture Stuttering on new TV with Apple TV 4K

I recently got a new TV, an LG UM7300PUA 55" and have noticed that when I'm using Netflix, Prime etc or Airplay that the picture will stick during panning or fast action shots. This did not happen on my old TV a Vizio E43U-D2 43" TV. I did the HDMI check on Apple TV and it says everything is good. Any advise on how to fix this problem would be appreciated.
