Iphone 11 Water problem

I bought 4 months ago an Iphone 11, since in the specs it said was water resistant, I used it underwater in the sea. Now the iphone first started acting weird the screen, changing its colors, and moving weird. Now the phone went completely black, I receive messages on my apple watch but when I connect it to my computer it doesnt read it. My questions are:

Is this normal?
Can it be repaired?
Does apple may change my phone?

Water resistant ≠ waterproof.

You will have to pay for an out of warranty replacement.

You should never intentionally expose an iPhone to water or other liquids, much less submerge it.

No, you can get an Out of Warranty replacement for a fee
yes but it's not free.
