Contacts on iOS 13.3.1 keep re-loading every couple of seconds

When I view any of my contacts the page keeps re-loading every 1-2 seconds.

It contributes to a huge drain on my battery too.

Observed behaviour:

Open a contact
I see the loading symbol next to the 4G indicator every 1-2 seconds
all 4 icons (message, call, video and email flash)
the view icon taks longer to turn blue
the contact details then constantly expands and retracts
the mini map in the "home" section constantly reloads

Try simple step such as power off and on your iPhone. If that won’t help, try steps provided in this document: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201398
