I did an software update iOS13.3.1 for my iPhone 7 and now I can't send any mail out. Talked with service provider about settings, and everything is like it has to be. And tried to change settings, it will not allow it. It just will keep loading and will not end at all. So there is an serious issue. What to do next?
Also my keyboard lags sometimes when writing?
If account settings are correct, check if you iPhone is showing correct date and time. Turn on ‘Set Automatically’’ if it’s off. Otherwise, the issue appears to be with the certificate. This needs to be resolved by your ESP.

Try logging into your email again in settings. Settings> Passwords & Accounts select the email account you’re having issues with and make sure you’re logged in properly. I’ve had past issues after updating, I was forced to log back into certain accounts, including my email accounts.
Who is your email provider?
What error are you prompt with when you try to send email?
If you don’t get prompt with error, go to Outbox and tap on red exclamation mark appearing next to email that did not sent.
These exact settings worked before and provider say that these are correct. And I also can not change these. I phone will not allow. New settings will remain in loading status.
Also tryed that. I can't change any settings regarding my email account. It will stay in loading state. I can receive emails but I can not send these out.
