iTunes Match not syncing all playlists

Hi,

I have iTunes Match and, as my subject states, it does not sync one of my Playlists. I tried re-syncing, nothing happened. I deleted the playlist and created a new one, still not there. I've tried with regular and smart playlists. I am really at a loss. I tried to update from File --> Library --> Update iCloud Library. I tried to resync while my phone was plugged into my computer directly. Synchronize Library is on in my iPhone (and all my other playlists are there). And while I'm at it, Download Automatically is also on, though I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

This playlist is actually one that I listen to frequently so I'd kinda like it back, but as it's a smart playlist I can't create it on my phone because it updates automatically as songs are played.

Help?!
