Resting Apple TV box 4K when complete can I download my fins to the box from the iCloud ?

but the only things stored on the appletv box itself are the apps you added and the settings
no media is stored on it so if gilms and fins are media then it's still attached to whatever appleID you used or located on whatever computer you streamed from
