Carrier

I just bought a phone from the pawnshop and it has no SIM card in it and Im trying to see the carrier for it but when i go to settings > about > Carrier it says "Not available " How can i figure out who the carrier is

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

If it isn't carrier-locked, you can just insert a SIM card from yours. If it is, click here and contact Apple.
