Sir i gave my apple watch to your respected service center in karnal (haryana) india

They are not repairing my watch they are looking for indirect bribe from me in faver to repaire my watch .....the problem with my watch is the crown button is not working as it got stuck with few micro dust partical please have a check and reply me as soon as possible and take a strict action against your service center in karnal

Apple watch swollen My complete watch is ruined but both apple support as the manager at the genius bar in apple store refuse to take responsibility and pay for the damage. It is an unsafe situation which could have lead to injury. the estimated cost of repair is about the purchase price. Why does apple not take their responsibility and pay for repairs ?
