Watch repair

Hello! I am dealing with such a problem, my watch (m00j3 SH8XFLBD2Q1RF) stopped working, or rather a gray screen appeared, I gave it to the service where I bought this watch (Ukraine, Kyiv) on April 27, 2022, until today the watch has not been repaired and new dates are constantly being called to me repair. How can I find out what stage of repair my watch is in. The local service said that they sent my watch to Europe for repairs. I ask you to clarify the situation by repairing my watch.
