Inlog error Imessage and Facetime

I did everything but my Imessage and Facetime doesn't work!!

They tell me that there is no such email address.

But I can login into my Mac ID page!


Strange enough it looks computer related because on my second mac I can login!

I did everything on this page with out any results

Even ram restart no succes


My mac works under the newest update; macOS Catalina


Somebody knows what is wrong on my iMac?

I see that you are having some trouble with activating iMessage and FaceTime on your Mac. These are important apps, and I will be glad to assist.


You have performed some great steps at trouble shooting. Let's also try to activate these features in safe mode.

My IT er did the following


We reset between each operation the PRAM.


- Started in safe mode: Emessage and Face time same error

- Another user account created: Emessage and Face time same error

- Compleet new Apple account created: Emessage and Face time same error

- IMac network logged in via Iphone hotspot (i.e. different IP address and network): Emessage and Face time same error

- Tried other emessage accounts of IT-er and a third person: Emessage and Face time same error.


- The blocked account that gives the error, does work on a mac on a compleet different home address!


We see that when verifying the Apple ID, there is a block from Apple.


We are really desperate as there is no clear cause and even a new ID but also new user account, Emessage doesn't work on this machine. Do you know what locks these two programs?
