When I'm in full screen on my iMac Catalina 10.15.3 it keeps swiping the screen out of sight to the right every second or third minute.
Try going to "Apple > System Preferences > Mission Control" and unchecking the boxes.

I took it a bit further and got rid of all applications I didn't use. I suspect citrix work area from my employer was the guilty one. It has´nt occurred after I cleaned up my programs.
See which of the active apps is seemingly stealing focus? Shut each off sequentially, and see when the swipe-right stops?
Check that you’re current on Citrix, then log a bug with Citrix if this persists.
Or whichever app this has turned out to be, if this isn’t triggered by Citrix.
