You have no “right” to a darn cent. And if your phone got slow just replace the battery. Here is the history of why Apple slowed down devices that had weak batteries, to prevent the device from shutting down in the middle of something important that you were doing—>https://www.cnet.com/news/apple-is-slowing-down-older-iphones-batteries-faq/
And here is Apple’s direct explanation—>iPhone Battery and Performance - Apple Support
See specifically the section on “Preventing unexpected shutdowns."
If you are referring to the class action suit that has been in the news here is what you need to know:
Apple Slowdown tentative settlement detai… - Apple Community
If you had an iPhone in 2017-2018 you MIGHT be eligible for a payout after the suit is settled, probably in 2-3 years. The court has a list of users who might be eligible; if you are you will be notified at that time.

If you are interested in actually fixing your now obsolete phone, have the battery checked.
If you are only interested in $25, see: Apple Slowdown tentative settlement detai… - Apple Community

Well, past performance is no guarantee of future results. But in general the way class action settlements work is:
One important thing to note is that, while Apple provides the funds, the distribution is usually managed by the administrator.
This process typically takes 1 to 2 years.
Thanks for sharing. Whatever problem you have it has nothing to do with this particular issue. This settlement is for users whose phones slowed down in 2017 after a specific update; the next update after that one fixed it.
Here are some additional details—>Apple Slowdown tentative settlement detai… - Apple Community
What you're describing has absolutely nothing to do with the slowdown and even if you got your phone a year ago, it's a 5 year old phone (6s was released in 2015). The battery is very likely in need of being replaced, which is what your issue is.
If you think a 5 year old Samsung would hold up better, get one. But older Samsungs don't usually fare as well as older iPhones.
You don't currently have ANY right to claim $25. The settlement has not been fully approved and even if or when it is, the amount could be less depending on how many qualified people file claims. Plus, you have to have purchased and used an eligible device in the US only.
Are you people crazy!!!!! for $25
On March 2, 2020 various news media published that Apple had agreed to a class action settlement regarding slowdowns of some iPhone devices whose batteries were failing. Note that this is still tentative, and could change, but as of March 2, 2020 this is what we know (based on published news):
You have no right to claim any money. The settlement hasn't been approved. And even IF it is EVER approved, iPhone 11 will not be included in any way.
Click on the blue link in the post by Lawrence Finch.
If your iPhone is running slower then your battery must be failing and the iPhone has switched to lower power consumption in order to prevent early shutdowns. You have the option to change this, go to Settings > Battery > Health If you battery is at 80% or below get a new battery.

what do you mean ?
He means you cannot get any money now, and may never be able to from this particular class action suit. You need to read the information found here: https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-250002422
We didn't slow anything down and you're not writing Apple. Just other users. Whether you believe you deserve a refund or not is immaterial. Read through the thread to click on the link about the "PROPOSED" settlement, to see if you even will qualify IF it is approved.
If you had to replace your battery many times (how many is many?) then you have a bad power management IC on your logic board and need to get your phone replaced.
As far as getting money from Apple you need to read this:

NOBODY knows when, where, or how. The class action suit has not been settled. It is only a proposal. It could still be years, or never, before anyone will collect anything.
