iphone 6&7 throttling compensation

Is it true that apple users who have an iphone 6 and/or 7 are able to file for $25 compensation for having their iphones purposely “slowed down”?

Now I have an iPhone 6s Plus. It has similar issues. In a year and a half I have changed the battery and the screen once. I take care of my phones very well and the speed at which these are wearing out is pretty ridiculous.

If you are interested in actually fixing your now obsolete phone, have the battery checked.
