How can I fit a 44mm watch with a short/small band, with options? I have a very small wrist but like the large face.

are like velcro so you can make the band have a small diameter
you can put on something like this https://www.mytrendyphone.dk/images/Band-Connector-for-Apple-Watch-Series-1-2-42mm-Black-23022017-1-p.jpg
and then make your own band or get a std. watch bade in the size that fit you
Sadly, the newer Velcro bands are too long. :(
