wifi not turnoff in sleep

Hello, my MacBook Pro keep connected to wifi in sleep mode , i disabled power nap and wake wifi network access , how can fix this please

My macOS catalina 10.15.3

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I see you have a question about Wi-Fi being connected while your Mac is asleep, and I'd like to help out.


Looking at the articles about Power Nap and other Energy Saver settings, they do not show that they disconnect the Wi-Fi connection when Mac is asleep. However, it looks like there won't be any Wi-Fi activity directed from the Mac with Power Nap and Wake for Wi-Fi network access turned off.

If you'd prefer the Wi-Fi not be connected while your Mac is asleep, I'd suggest turning Wi-Fi off before sleep.
