I deleted my disk, MacOS High Sierra doesn't download and now I am pretty sure I broke my Mac

So.

While trying to get my iMac to go to factory-settings (or that was at least what I was trying to do) Every website said to delete the disk, and then download MacOS High Sierra.

MacOS High Sierra gets stuck on 2 min remaining and it doesn't work, but now I also have no disk so I can't use my iMac. Also tried recovery but nothing showed up.

Pretty sure I broke my mac :/

Please help.

Pretty sure it was a iMac from 2010? idk.

Apple has available information on identifying your specific iMac. Knowing which you have will be helpful in answering.

Run the hardware test, or run diagnostics if this is a newer-than-you-seem-to-think iMac

One of the more common reasons for folks to be reloading is a corrupt disk and app and system instability and “beach-balling”, and one of the causes of all that is a failing hard disk.

After the above steps, try connecting an external scratch hard disk, boot Recovery (using option-command-R), and use Disk Utility in Recovery to erase that external hard disk, and then use Recovery to install macOS onto that, and then select and boot that.

Try the hardware test then, and try installing on external scratch storage, as was mentioned earlier.

99% sure I have a iMac (27-inch, Mid 2010)

Model Identifier: iMac11,3

Part Number: MC510xx/A, MC511xx/A

Newest compatible operating system: macOS High Sierra 10.13.6

Tech Specs: iMac (27-inch, Mid 2010)

So the problems I have:

-Erased the start-up disk

-Reinstalling MacOS High Sierra does not work, it is stuck at 2 min remaining.

-When clicked on Time Machine backup, no back-ups show up.

I have tried to restart my iMac, but it goes back to the Utilities Window.

Hope this helps to get a solution. ;/ Might try to boot recovery?
