Green screen appeared on my phone

I have an iPhone 11 that was bought 2 months ago. My phone just had a color green screen on the half side when I took a photo of my laptop whose turned on. It has not been dropped since it is bought. I tried to research for solution or the cause of the problem but I didn't got any answer. I don't even know what to do with it since I bought it and did not get the warranty.
