iPad enrolled in MDM without consent.

I have an iPad seven that has been in rolled in some type of MDM management. How can I remove it or have it removed. I have reason to believe that that’s what it is according to what I’ve discovered. Periodically a profile will show up and disappear. Also my settings are changed my emails or intercepted and re-directed somewhere else. I came across some type of certificate that disappeared under my settings. I have a very strong feeling that I know who it is but I can’t prove it. How do I remove this and prevent it from happening in the future?

The only way an iPad can have an MDM profile without a user's consent is if the iPad is purchased by a business through Apple or a reseller that can then attach the device to Apple Business Manager. The iPad can be enrolled if you let someone else use it and they enroll it without your consent, but that user would have to give consent and know the iPad passcode. If the device never belonged to a business, you can erase all content and settings and set it up as a new device. Any profiles installed by means other than by a business using an MDM and Apple Business manager would be completely removed.

I’ve discovered that all of this stuff has happened because my wife has placed my devices under some type of management program and has full control of my devices. On the surface everything looks fine that’s because everything looks like I’m aware of all these things. But I’m finding out that I can’t do anything about it. I’ve also discovered that my truck has some kind of Bluetooth BLE beacon that is not only tracking my vehicle but is also reporting any other information it’s picking up around.

Bluetooth BLE beacons don't work that way.

They don't pickup anything at all, they merely send a signal to a receiving app that can detect it. For the App to detect it, it would require the receiving device be within bluetooth range which is between 20 and 30 feet at most. So not very useful in terms of tracking.

But yes, if you are having issues with your wife, best to consult an attorney.

If the app is on your phone, then you are tracking yourself.

Unless your wife had physcial access to the iphone for an extended period of time and jailbroke it, there is no way to hide an installed app, and no way to remotely install an app.

The Crowded sourcing tracking works by having receivers every few feet, again since bluetooth is limited to around 20 to 30 feet.

Its used for tracking devices around an enclosed area. The BLE beacons don't actually send a location, they merely send a signal and a location is calculated by triangulating which singals you are close to

If you are driving your truck, its unlikely your wife has set up receivers every 20 to 30 feet, and is even more unlikely your iphone is sending your location since the BLE emitter would not have any idea about an actual location to send.

Your iPhone is the one that knows where you are through its GPS chip, and the onyl way to access that location is by knowing your Apple ID and password.

Then I would love to know how she’s been able to get into every one of my devices and have full control of it before I even leave the parking lot of any store. I Have gone and bought prepaid phones and before I even leave the parking lot it will already be compromised. It sounds crazy I know but it’s happening. She’s got all the Time in the world to do whatever however it is that she’s doing it.
