Time zones

i live in Hamilton Bermuda and when i use the update time zone automatically my phone uses Eastern time zone which is incorrect, however if i switch off the automatic time zone update and use the manual time zone to Hamilton, Bermuda it is then correct. I then switch back to automatic time zone and the phone reverts to Eastern time. Please assist
