Logic Pro X asking to unfreeze close unrelated tracks when using Flex Pitch

For some strange reason when I have a take folder with flex pitch enabled, editing or doing any change to the folder asks me to unfreeze close but unrelated independent tracks (forcing me to refreeze all the time). Has anyone reported this bug before or know a solution? Thanks!

Logic Pro – Volume still automated after deleting all track automation – ? I'm having trouble with a specific project (containing midi tracks only). After deleting all track automation (Mix > Delete Automation > Delete All Track Automation), the volume of several tracks is still automated. How is this possible? Any suggestions what to try? (Logic Pro 10.8, macOS 14.1.1.)

logic pro x loses takes? I recorded a new track with a two takes in an existing project. I didn't create a comp because there was a small section that needed some practice, so I set the cycle range to just that part, and proceeded to add some takes over just that area. Now, when I expand the track's take folder, I only see the takes in the smaller area, and cannot access the two takes over the entire song. It's like it locked the comp from that to the last take (not what I wanted!), and I can only create a comp out of the smaller regions. I checked the media/audio files and both takes are in the audio file for the track. This seems like a new bug.
