I want to schedule an appointment with the Genius Bar at one of my stores. Where can I schedule it online?

Thanks but, it doesn't provide me an option to schedule an appointment at a store. It sends me to a chat or gives me a phone number for me to call...I have tried both since last week and nothing has gotten resolved yet. At this point I want to go in person to one of the stores...
I'd suggest using the chat. You need to go through the process. Once they walk you through any troubleshooting and it doesn't resolve your hardware issue, they'll offer to schedule you an appointment.
What is the issue you are experiencing? What topic did you select on the Get Support site? It will only give the option for the Genius Bar for certain issues, primarily hardware-related.
