OS 10.15.3 wifi problems

I have a MacBook Pro (mid 2014). After installing OS 10.15.3 several issues have appeared. (1) sometimes new pages will not load in Safari, even though the system will report that wifi is active. (2) At the same time, email content no longer loads. (3) normal restart and shutdown fail, requiring hard reboot. Have tried a number of fixes reported online including massaging wifi settings. Fixes are temporary, with problems reappearing, particularly after reawakening after sleep mode. Feels like an OS bug. Any thoughts on a solution or do I have to wait for 10.15.4?

You can try reinstalling the Combo update macOS 10.15.3 https://support.apple.com/kb/DL2030

on top of your existing macOS 10.15.3 to resolve anomalies like yours.

This is faster with less GB download, as an alternative if no resolve How to reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204904

you have choices here so as not to lose your user data—

always advised to have a current backup in the event something goes sideways.
