Ummm.......To me VERY MISLEADING!
I spoke with a representative and he tells me that I have insurance so the cost to repair my phone by going into and Apple store will cost 100$ OR I Can have a new one sent right to me for the same price! I decide to have them send me a new phone and pay the 100$ and nothing is presented to me that I will be charged 1,209$ AT ALL!. YES that is misleading and very poor customer service.
also on the link it tells me 99! Subtotal and 1209$ total! That makes no sense to me!
this should be communicated to the customer, I even read the fine print and nothing!!!
So therefor I am confused, am I charged $1209 or 99?
is it a hold for the full amount?
its not clear! Especially when this could have been prevented when I spoke with a rep the 1st time!
