So my phone has a 30 second auto lock on, is on low battery mode, and still stays lit unless it is physically turned off. It does the same thing even when the phone screen is touched and NOT unlocked. Any help is appreciated.

There might be an App that is running in the background that is causing this effect.
Force close all apps and hard restart your device.
You can check under:
> Settings > Battery
and see what apps have been running the longest...
Try to uninstall and reinstall any 3rd party apps that might be the issue.
(Back up your app data if at all possible or needed beforehand.)

Have it looked at by some professionals.
Of course have you tried shutting off then turning back on, i had some glitches that i have to reboot the phone to get error to correct it self.
