email problems on MacBook Pro

I have yahoo email on pac bell.net domain on 3 devices. iPhone 10 , iPad and MacBook Pro. Mail works fine on iPad and iPhone 10 but my email times out and I get the following message. Connections to the server "imap.mail.att.net" on the default ports timed out. Again this problem is on the MacBook Pro only.

Any suggestions on how to fix? I have the same settings on all 3 devices
