This procedure don’t fix my problems. I fand solution. I can delete arcade subscription via iTunes. I don’t understand that why you describe false procedure delete Arcade. I don't saw arcade in my payments and I could't withdraw from the contract . I think that’s make many users apple products angry. I don't saw arcade in my payments
this is not fair.

The method to cancel subscriptions has changed in Catalina. You posted in the High Sierra community. In Catalina you cancel subscriptions through the Music app.
