Using the Messages App, is it possible to send a message with a photo at the top, text in the middle and a photo below the text all in the same message?

I am using iOS 13 on an iPhone XS Max. However, this does not matter in this case. We have the same screens. What you are doing is going to the Messages app first and therefore you are not able to do what I am. I have a tutorial for you below-
START IN THE PHOTOS APP
Tap on Select at the top right corner.
Select the TWO pictures that you wish as shown in the image above.
Then select the Share button at the bottom left corner.
Tap on the Messages app icon as shown above.
That will bring you to the screen shown above with your cursor flashing
in the TO: Section. Type in your contact Name there.
See the image above. Tap to the right edge of the picture on the top.
The Tap on Return. This will create a space between the two pictures.
Type in your message there as shown.
After that just choose SEND as circled on the image above.
Done Deal. You are all set. By the way you can do this with more than two pictures as well. Just keep inserting texts in between pictures as shown in the above tutorial.
Let me know once you have succeeded in accomplishing this. Thanks.

Yes it is possible and I tested this with the following procedure-
Go to Photos and Select the two pictures that you want to send. Use the share button and select Messages App. That will open up a new message window with both pictures in edit window.
Place your curser to the right of the first picture and then press return on keyboard. This will move the cursor below the first picture and above the second picture (Between both pictures). Type or paste your text there. When complete then hit SEND.

I tried again and it works without issues. The key is to place the cursor to the right of the picture on the top and then hitting return on Keyboard which will create the space in between the two pictures to type the text.

How do you move the cursor to the top right of the top picture?
When I follow your instructions after picking the 2 pictures, tap share, the Message window opens and the cursor is flashing in the "to" section.
I've tried tapping in the top right of the top picture but the cursor doesn't move. out of the "to" section.
Why do you refer to the window the pictures appear in as the "edit" window?
There is no indication from what I see that any can of edit can be done.
Figured it out..kind of.
As the cursor is flashing in the "to" section, I tap and hold on the cursor, move it over to the far right and hit return.
That places it at the bottom left of the bottom picture.
I just tap and hold again and move it over and up to the right of the top picture and then hit return.
That then creates the space between the two pictures I wanted.
Enter in the text, then go back to the "to " section to enter the contact info and then send.
You don't even have to Tap & Hold to move the cursor. Before you even type a name in the To: Section, Load both of the images to be sent in the text edit box. At this time your cursor should be at the bottom of the second picture. Simple tap to the right of the first picture and you will see cursor flashing next to the picture. Hit Return and that it will create that space in between both pics.

Are you using an iPhone 11 when you do this?
When the 2 pictures appear in the text edit box on my iPhone 11, the cursor is showing in the To: section.
The To: section is empty, I haven't entered any contact info at this point.
The cursor doesn't appear at all in the window containing the 2 pictures until I move it there.
I've tried multiple times using your method and I can't get things to work the way you describe.
Wish I could as your way sounds a bit easier.
Prior to your latest reply with the steps and illustrations which by the way are great and the effort is appreciated, I have been doing what you have earlier instructed regarding the steps of choosing the pictures first, then using the share button and then selecting the Messages App.
The issue is when I tap to the right of the first/top picture (like you show in your 5th image) and tap return .
The cursor moves but it always moves down to the bottom left of the bottom picture.
Then when I tap to the right of the top picture again while the cursor is still at the bottom left and tap return, the space between the two pictures appears.
Tapping to the right of the picture the second time also produces a little noise that doesn't happen the first time.
Maybe I'm not tapping on the sweet spot area to the right of the top picture but I have tried multiple times and the cursor always ends up at the bottom left of the bottom picture.
At least now I don't have to tap and drag the cursor so, that method has been eliminated.
Now, I have to go and have something to eat after looking at the pictures you used.
Thank you for your help.
Sorry, but I do not believe you can do this.
I thought that might be the case but was wondering if there was some kind of workaround to it.
Thanks
Interesting Axel. I tried myself and couldn't get it to work. But I didn't do it this way, so perhaps it will work.
That's good. In all these years, it isn't something I've personally needed to do, but I'm glad to know it can be done.
Same here LobsterG. Just decided to try on a whim actually.

You are welcome. Remember, light short taps.
