Difficulty in setup apple tv 4k and epson eh-tw9400w projector

The cable I have for soundbar connection is high quality toslink cable. I chose the one almost twice expensive as others. As for the cable I chose to connect projector and apple tv this is hdmi cable of high quality (QED active hdmi 4K60 active filter technology, hdr, transmission 18 gb/s)

Yes, you were right. It is the fault of the transmitter.!! I borrowed hdmi switch (unfortunately only 1.4b) and works fine but downgrades vision to full hd. I need to buy somewhere hdmi switch 2.0 and forget about faulty epson transmitter.

I have already unplagged and switched off all devices for 24h with no result. I have already talked twice with applecare advisors. it took two hours but they were unable to come up with any solution... They said that apple does not quarantee compatibility with epson however I do not believe that lack of compatibility is the real issue here.

not sure if it is important but the soundbar is LG sk10y.

First three questions: yes, all work right and tested separately. I tested it with wireless transmitter. It is located with good line of sight 3 meters from projector.
