Hi folks. I need to set up a conference call with 8 people.
If I'm phone #1.
Can phones 2,3,4,and 5 call me and then phones 6,7 and 8 call phone 2 and be merged on that phone so all 8 people can participate?

For large group conference calling you should be using a dedicated conferencing service such as Uberconference (no connection to the ride sharing company) or Skype.

How many calls you can connect simultaneously varies by carrier.
To my knowledge the maximum partecipants number is 5 (some carriers reduce it to 3).

What if I conference in 4 people using 'add a call' and one of the people I called uses 'add a call' feature on their iPhone to add in 3 other users. Would that work as a way to get 8 people on the line?
