MacBook Pro 13" whit Touch Bar Model A1989 2018 - Screen Issues

Hello all,

I bought this 13-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar Model A1989 in November 2018 and after 1 year and 3 months of use, the screen started showing vertical green bars (see images below). I took the laptop to the Apple store and, after explaining to them that it was a lack of conformity, they agreed to replace the screen.

Now, less than a month after the repair, I notice that when I turn off the Mac the screen changes color for a moment, and the dock bar head blocked in half, does not disappear completely (see video at the following youtube link).

do you know what it is? and if there is any way to solve it?
