Personal hotspot

I can’t set my personal hotspot. I have to open cellular and then i clicked the set up personal hotspot but it said that “to enable personal hotspot on this device, contact Carrier”. What should i do?

All carriers do not allow Hotspot freely. If you have selected a plan with Carrier for hotspot only then this can be enabled
